Our custom manufacturing includes: Specialty bags: These bags are manufactured to our clients’ specifications, meeting any unique size, weight and design needs.
Type C: These shall be made from a totally conductive fabric or from a non-conductive fabric containing interconnected conductive threads or filaments. The conductive fabric and the conductive threads or filaments shall have a resistance to the earthing point on the FIBC of less than 108 Ω.
Type D: These are usually made from non conductive fabric containing conducting threads or filaments which are not interconnected. Earthing of FIBC Type D has only a minor effect on charge dissipation and is not required. FIBC Type D shall only be used in the presence of a flammable atmosphere after they have been qualified as safe – i.e. after it has been demonstrated that no incendive discharges will occur.
UN: These bags meet the 6:1 safety standards required for hazardous materials. They are tested by an UN authorized test facility and given a unique UN certification number.
